• When doing group maintenance you can now use hot keys to perform the adding and removing of individuals from a group. This will allow you to arrow up or down and use the hot keys, (ALT + A to Add and ALT + R to Remove).
• When doing group maintenance you can now doubleclick on an individual (either on an available person or one that is already assigned to the group) to bring up the individual edit tab.
• A new column has been added to each of the CLASS, EVENTS & MINISTRY tables to provide more detailed comments. Comments will be visible on the maintenance screens that are available from either Table Maintenance or any of the Group Maintenance screens.
• When creating labels at the individual level you will have the option to choose whether to create them at the family level, thereby eliminating duplicate addresses. The labels will be created using the salutation defined for the family information. A checkbox will be visible anytime Individual is selected it should be checked prior to clicking the Find button.
• Change the pre-print dialog box to allow page selection on the Labels window
• fix drop down list of classes on Individual Class Tab to repopulate if a class is added using the elipsis (...)
• Add number of records returned on FreeForm Query window.
