Security - Rules

Each application has certain attributes or parameters assigned to determine exactly how certain security privileges are determined. Some of the parameters can be edited from this tab by an administrator.

Valid application parameters as of this writing include:

· Application Status - DEV / PROD (development / production)

· Password Expiration - Number of days before password expires

· Minimum Login ID Length - (default of 6 characters)

· Minimum Password Length - (default of 6 characters)

· Number of previous passwords tracked - Valid values are 0 - 10

· Rrestricted password change - Number of days before a user password can be changed following a password change.
